We accept all major credit cards when ordering on our online store and through our office.
Uninstalled systems can be returned for credit within 30 days of original purchase subject to inspection. There is a 20% restocking fee. Customer is responsible for return shipping fees. An RGA number must be issued by Equalizer Systems for the return. Credit will not be issued for parts returned without a valid RGA.

Replacement parts are warranted under the same guidelines listed in the warranty policy of your operation manual for the remainder of the original warranty or 90 days, whichever is longer. Proof of warranty repair date and original vehicle purchase date are required.
Your system will come with either a one or two year warranty. Please review the corresponding operation manual for specific warranty terms on these frequently asked questions. These manuals can be found in the service section of our website. If you purchased a replacement part, the warranty period is 90 days from the date of purchase.

- Replacement parts and trailer jacks ordered before 12:00 PM EST will ship the same day
- Replacement parts and trailer jacks ordered after 12:00PM EST will ship the next business day

The model number of your pump is needed to identify many replacement parts. It will be located on a tag on either the motor or the manifold.

Most issues are very simple to repair. You can contact your local service facility or call Equalizer Systems for a possible suggestion. Please keep in mind that in order to get a warranty issue covered, you must have authorization from our service department prior to the repair.
We have many service and troubleshooting documents on the Service & Support page of our website. If you cannot find the solution to your issue there, we offer technical support after regular business hours- for emergencies only, please. By calling our regular 800 number, you will be asked to leave a message describing your issue and a technician will return your call.
Yes, we have a service staff and building available for installation of any Equalizer Systems’ product. Please give us a call to schedule your appointment. We also provide 30 amp electrical hook-ups and a parking area for over night stays.
